1. Who we are

"We," "us," and "our" mean Wellspring Life LLC, doing business as Wellspring Business Collective, owned by Mark Wellspring and based in Missouri, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our checkout pages, our emails and texts, and our live classes.

2. What we collect

Info you give us: - Your name, email address, and phone number - Your billing details when you buy. Stripe handles your card, so we never see or store your full card number. - Anything you send us, like emails, survey answers, or refund requests

Info collected automatically: - Your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit, and how you got to our site - Cookies that help our site work - Ad pixels, like the Meta Pixel. A pixel is a small piece of code on our pages. It lets Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) and similar ad platforms see what you do on our site. That can include the pages you visit, the buttons you click, whether you sign up or buy, your IP address, and your browser and device. We use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to you and to people like you on those platforms. Meta uses this info under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy - Whether you open our emails and which links you click

At live Zoom classes: Zoom may collect your name, email, and any video, audio, or chat you share. We record live classes for internal use only. If you join, your name, video, audio, and chat may be in the recording. We never post or share a replay.

3. How we use your info

  • To deliver what you bought, like class links, guides, and bonuses
  • To process payments and refunds
  • To send emails and texts you agreed to get
  • To answer your questions and give support
  • To improve our website and offers
  • To show you ads that fit your interests (you can opt out, see Section 7)
  • To follow the law and protect our rights

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that work: - CC360 / GoHighLevel: our website, forms, contact records, email, and texts - Stripe: payments - Mailgun: email delivery - Zoom: live classes - Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and similar ad platforms: ad pixels on our site that measure and show our ads

We may also share info if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, to enforce our Terms, or if our business is sold or merged.

Phone numbers and text consent are never part of the sharing above. We never share your phone number or your text (SMS) consent with anyone on this list, or in a sale or merger. The only exception is our texting providers (like GoHighLevel and the phone carriers), who need it to send our texts.

5. Text messages (SMS) and phone numbers

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only exception is the texting providers (like GoHighLevel and the phone carriers) that need it to deliver our texts.
  • We only send texts to people who agreed to them. Each kind of text has its own consent:
    1. Checkout (order texts and class reminders): you enter your phone number on one of our checkout forms. A phone number is required to check out. A notice right under the form says that entering your phone number means you agree to get texts about your order and class reminders. These numbers only get order texts and class reminders. They never get offers, updates, or other marketing texts.
    2. Event reminders (Box 1 on our sign up forms): you check the optional, unchecked "Text me event reminders" box on one of our sign up forms, like our free checklist form (https://truewellspring.com/funnel-checklist). These numbers get reminder texts about events you sign up for. They are not marketing texts.
    3. Offers and updates (Box 2 on our sign up forms): you check the optional, unchecked "Text me offers and updates" box on one of our sign up forms. Only people who check this box get marketing texts from us.
  • The two boxes are separate. You can check one, both, or neither. You do not have to check either box to sign up or to buy.
  • You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, however you signed up. Replying STOP stops all texts from us to that number. If you only want to stop offers and updates but still get reminders, email [email protected].
  • How often you get texts varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • We only send texts between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not responsible for late or undelivered messages.

6. Email

We send order emails, class reminders, and, if you signed up, marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order and class emails may still come after you unsubscribe from marketing.

7. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from email with the link in any email.
  • Stop texts by replying STOP. To stop only offers and updates, email [email protected].
  • Cookies and ad pixels: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. To control the Meta ads you see, go to your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or visit https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences. You can also limit ad tracking at https://optout.aboutads.info and, in the EU, at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu. Some browsers and ad blockers can block pixels too.
  • See, fix, or delete your info: email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, like payment records, to follow the law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your info while you are a customer or subscriber, and after that as long as we need it for taxes, legal reasons, or disputes. Then we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

9. Keeping it safe

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% safe, so please don't email us sensitive details like card numbers.

10. Children

Our site and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect info from children under 13 (or under 18 for purchases). If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Visitors outside the U.S. and from certain states

We are based in the United States, and your info is stored there. If the laws where you live (like the EU's GDPR or California's privacy laws) give you more rights, email us and we will honor those rights as the law requires.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The new date will appear at the top. If we make big changes, we will tell you by email or on our website.
